Howard High School Closed Wednesday, September 3, 2025

Howard High School will be closed today, Wednesday, Sept. 3, due to a power outage at the school.

All afternoon and evening activities, as well as community-sponsored programs scheduled to be held at Howard High School are canceled.

Students who are enrolled at ARL and cannot attend due to a lack of transportation should email their teacher(s) in Canvas will be given an excused absence. Students who are enrolled at HCC and cannot attend due to a lack of transportation should notify their professors immediately using their MyHCC email or Canvas.
