Description
The Strength Training Club's goal is to teach safe strength improvement and weight training techniques while promoting self-esteem, teamwork, and school spirit through encouragement and cooperation.
- Increase Muscular Strength: Gradually increase the amount of weight lifted or resistance used in exercises.
- Improve Muscular Endurance: Perform more repetitions or sets of each exercise.
- Develop Proper Form: Learn and practice correct exercise techniques to prevent injuries and maximize results.
- Enhance Functional Fitness: Focus on exercises that improve everyday movements and activities.
- Teamwork: Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where members can motivate and support each other.
