Attendees will spend 25 minutes in the wrestling room performing Calisthenics/Isotonic exercises (4-6 stations), and 25 minutes of Circuit Training (4-6 stations of muscular strength and endurance training) in the weight room. Our aim is to advance physical wellness and build stronger mentality through fitness. We will work to prepare student athletes for their season and develop a competitive edge.
