Strength Training Club

Description

The Strength Training Club's goal is to teach safe strength improvement and weight training techniques while promoting self-esteem, teamwork, and school spirit through encouragement and cooperation.

  • Increase Muscular Strength: Gradually increase the amount of weight lifted or resistance used in exercises.
  • Improve Muscular Endurance: Perform more repetitions or sets of each exercise.
  • Develop Proper Form: Learn and practice correct exercise techniques to prevent injuries and maximize results.
  • Enhance Functional Fitness: Focus on exercises that improve everyday movements and activities.
  • Teamwork: Create a positive and encouraging atmosphere where members can motivate and support each other.
