Applications for the Howard High School JROTC Program for the 2024-2025 school year are now available on our JROTC page. This application should be completed for students who are not districted to Howard High School but wish to participate in JROTC. Students who are districted to another HCPSS school with a JROTC program (OMHS and AHS) are not eligible to apply.
